  • How is coffee shipped?

    All orders ship via Canada Post Monday - Friday with the exception of holidays. All orders placed over the weekend will go out the next business day.

  • Returns and Exchanges

    At Evolve Coffee, Co our goal is to provide all of our guests with impeccable service, and the most delicious, highest quality coffee.

    We want you to be happy.

    If you are dissatisfied with your Evolve Coffee purchase in any way, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer support team about a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase by emailing us at sales@evolvecoffee.ca.

    Please provide date of purchase, item purchased, and a detailed description of the issue. Please allow 7-10 business days from date we receive correspondence for exchanges and/or refunds to take effect.

    We’ll do our best to get things right.
